Vinification

Soft pneumatic pressing, followed by a long maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at about 27° C. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 - 7 months. It is bottled after about 8 months from the harvest.

Ideal with roasts, game and charcoal grilled
steaks and rich red meat.
