Vinification

Soft pneumatic crushing of the grapes followed by long maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine remains in 225-500 litre oak barrels for about 4 months.

Ageing

In 2000 litre oak barrels for about 10 months.

After about 20 months from the harvest.
