Tasting notes

Straw yellow in colour, it exhibits a typical pleasant aroma that recalls apricot and peach. In the mouth it is dry, round and well-orchestrated.

Vinification

Soft pneumatic pressing, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at 20° C. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months. It is bottled after about 8 months from the harvest and ages in the bottle (at least 2 months are advisable).

Food pairing

Particularly suitable as an aperitif, or served with lean appetizers, it is special with pasta dishes, risottos with vegetables or fish.
