Straw yellow in colour, it offers a delicate aroma and hints of ripe fruit - apple, hazelnut and acacia blossoms. It has a good backbone and is lean, generous and well-orchestrated.

Soft pneumatic pressing followed by fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks at between 18 - 20° C. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months. It is bottled after about 7 months from grape harvest.
Particularly suitable with pasta dishes (spaghetti with vongole), egg based dishes, creamy or goat cheeses, white meat, fish, and crustaceans.
