Soft pneumatic pressing, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at between 18 - 20° C. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months. It is bottled after about 7 months from the harvest.
Particularly suitable as an aperitif, it complements crustaceans and risottos with seafood or vegetables. Also special when coupled with creamy cheeses.
